The configurations along with test results based on test sets provided by the client are delivered to the client. 3.REMOTE Help Desk NavTechnik offers training, hand holding and basic consulting services for SAP users across different countries from an exclusive 24 x 7 setup at New Delhi, India. The remote setup can be staffed with full time as well as part time staff depending upon client requirements. Our consultants utilize remote login facilities, web meetings and power point presentation to resolve all logged calls which extend beyond the first point resolution. 4.REMOTE ABAP / Netweaver Development NavTechnik has technical resources and can accept orders for ABAP development and Netweaver development of reports, BDC, LSMW, SAP Scripts based upon specifications provided by the client. 5.SME ERP Implementation NavTechnik has developed its own modified methodology of SAP implementation which can provide a complete implementation in a period of around six months in industries with about 50 users and sales turnover of around 50 Crores. 6.Custom Software Development NavTechnik has access to large software development teams for custom software development in Microsoft Technologies, JAVA technologies and C, C++ development. The assignments undertaken can be part of product development as well as product upgrade projects of clients. The team assigned to a project works exclusively on a single project.
